Online Ordering Steps

1.	"Click" on either the Retail or Wholesale "Buy" links (below) to add products your shopping cart. 2.	Make any adjustments to the quantity and press "Update Cart" to recalculate the sub-total.
	Retail price is only $10.00 per 2 pound package (plus USPS shipping). Wholesale price is only $8 per package (sold in sets of 8 with FREE shipping within the USA).
3.	Choose your geographic region from the drop-down list to calculate your exact shipping cost (starting at only $3.85 per order). Wholesale orders are shipped FREE anywhere in the United States.
4.	Next, press "Check Out" to move to the final online order form to complete your shipping information and method of payment.
5.	Complete the order form, print it for your records, and then press the "Place Order Now" button.
6.	Please make note of your assigned Online Order Number for future reference.
7.	You will receive an automated confirmation email message when your order is processed. Credit card and wholesale orders will be shipped within 48 hours.

Company Policies

Order Processing
Credit card payments are processed immediately upon receipt (7 days a week). Check and M/O orders will be shipped after payment has been processed (please be sure to include your Online Order Number on your check). Wholesale orders can be shipped to you on any future date that you desire. (Use the Special Instructions area on the Order Form to specify desired delivery dates, PO numbers, and other special needs).

Shipping
We do not over-charge for shipping. We charge what the US Postal Service charges us and do not make any profit on shipping or handling costs. All orders are shipped via US Priority Mail and will be delivered before three postal business days. Wholesale orders in LOTS of 8 or more packages are shipped FREE of charge from our processing plant in Kenai, AK. Retail orders are shipped directly from our distribution center in Atlanta, GA.

You can feel comfortable that your transaction (including your credit card and personal information) is secure and seen only by our administration department. We do not sell or distribute your personal information to outside agencies. We respect your privacy!

Availability
Our Alaskan processing facility produces approximately 10,000 2 Lb. packages of Organic Plant Food each year. We ship large bulk shipments to TeamBase, our Internet partner located in Atlanta (Kennesaw), GA, where they can be quickly and easily distributed to our retail customers around the world. Wholesale orders are shipped directly from our processing plant in Kenai, AK.

Returns
We guarantee our products with your 100% satisfaction in mind. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, just ship us back (at your expense) the unused portion in the original package, and we will promptly send you a refund for the full amount of your purchase!
